Overview
A & E Beauty Supplies proudly serves licensed beauty professionals. We do not offer monetary refunds, eligible returns are resolved through exchanges or store credit, as described below. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. For any questions, please contact karen@aebeautysupplies.com.
Exchanges
Where an exchange is possible, for example, a different size, colour, or variant, we will gladly process one within 30 days of purchase. If the replacement item is of lesser value than your original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit. Cash or card refunds will not be provided for any price difference.
Certain items may be exempt from exchange. Please contact us prior to initiating an exchange to confirm eligibility.
Store credit
When an exchange is not possible or not desired, eligible returns will be resolved through store credit. Store credit does not expire, may be applied to any future purchase, and cannot be converted to cash or applied retroactively to previous orders.
Eligibility & conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Unused and in their original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any beauty supplies that have been used or opened. Sterile items including filaments, hypodermic needles, gauze, and similar products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All clearance items are final sale.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact karen@aebeautysupplies.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including the return of the original item(s) and the reshipping of the replacement item(s). The only exception is defective or damaged items, where we cover shipping in full.
Order cancellations & restocking fees
Cancellations on processed orders are subject to a restocking fee of 5-10%. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing charges, handling, and logistical costs incurred during order fulfillment. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to continue providing efficient and exceptional service.
Certification requirement
A & E Beauty Supplies exclusively serves licensed and certified beauty professionals. Certain products, including electrolysis equipment, needles, probes, and other supplies directly related to the performance of electrolysis treatments, may only be sold to certified electrologists.
Professionals with other valid beauty industry certifications may still purchase applicable products within their scope of practice, including skincare, spa, and related professional beauty supplies.
If an order is placed for restricted electrolysis products without valid electrology certification, and certification cannot be provided upon request, the order will be cancelled. A refund will be issued minus a restocking fee to cover non-refundable processing, handling, and logistical costs.
