Local Pickup Policy 

When placing your order through our online store, you may select In-Store Pickup to collect your order in person in Chilliwack, BC, at no charge. 

After placing your order, please contact us with your preferred pickup time. We will confirm once your order is ready. Kindly wait for your pickup confirmation notification before coming to collect your order. 

Once confirmed, your order will be prepared and waiting for you in a labeled paper bag with your name on it. 

Domestic Shipping 

We offer standard shipping throughout Canada. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to furniture and oversized items. 

While we make every effort to secure the most favorable shipping rates, some carriers may apply charges that exceed the initial shipping quote. 

Additional fees and delivery delays may occur when shipping to PO Boxes. 

International Shipping 

Our products are only available in Canada at this time (with the exception of Instantron which we can sell within Canada and the U.S.) 

Order Processing Times 

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

While we strive to process all orders promptly, delays may occur during peak sale periods, for special-order items, or due to manufacturing delays. Should any delays arise, we will make every effort to notify you via email. 

Tracking Information 

You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order is shipped The email notification will include your Order Number and Tracking Number. You can use either of these numbers to check the status of your order on your Shopify Account. 
 
Please note, the tracking link may need 24 hours to become active. 

If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days or are unable to track your order, please get in touch with us at office@aebeautysupplies.ca  

Replacements, Exchanges, and Refunds 

Refunds are not offered on products once they have been shipped. 

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact office@aebeautysupplies.ca immediately. We may request details and photos of the issue to submit to our distributors. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, and shipping for the replacement will be covered by us. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain items may be exempt from exchange; please contact us for details prior to initiating an exchange. 

  1. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for beauty supplies that have been used or opened. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible. 

  1. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and reshipment of replacement items. A restocking fee may apply.
